Shipping & Returns
Each piece of jewellery is handmade, most pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks before delivery, this includes shipping times. Some pieces happen to be already made, in which case, you may receive your order within a week. We’ll always email to let you know the status of your order.
Australian orders will be shipped at a discounted fixed rate of $5. If you need express shipping, please email ihavegoodsforyou@gmail.com and we can arrange that after additional payment.
International orders are standard tracked shipping ($20), which does not include a signature on delivery. If you require this additional service, please email and request it after the online purchase.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country they are shipped to. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns on all products bought and shipped within Australia, excluding earrings, in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund.
Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and therefore are unable to be returned.
If you have an issue with your item upon delivery, please get in touch by emailing ihavegoodsforyou@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Faulty Items
Your item will be carefully checked and dispatched by our team, however, if you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo or two and the order number. We will then review the information and get back to you. For faulty items, we offer a replacement or full refund, although items damaged through normal wear & tear, accident or misuse, are not considered faulty.
